At Solea Scent, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, delivery usually takes 1–8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended.


Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at Info@solea-scent.com.

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Your order number and shipping address

    • Photos of the product received

    • A brief description of the issue and what you’d like as a replacement

Once we review your request, our team will confirm your eligibility and arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges for your defective or incorrect product, but only ship a replacement to you.

For returns:

  • You have 30 days after purchasing the product to send us an email to issue a return for your product.
  • the product must not be used, opened, or damaged in any way for returns due to buyers remorse or wrong product ordered.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return.
  • More details on how to return your product will be emailed to you once you have made your claim.
