At Solea Scent, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. This may vary slightly depending on product demand.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, delivery usually takes 1–8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended.


Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Your order number and shipping address

    • Photos of the product received

    • A brief description of the issue and what you’d like as a replacement

Once we review your request, our team will confirm your eligibility and arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.

  • Replacements are only offered for defective or incorrect products.

  • We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for other reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered).
